			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How much time could we save and how much more could we accomplish if we could satisfy those one or two clients who are always nagging us about what&#8217;s going on with their case?  </p>
<p>It doesn&#8217;t always work but I like to send a short email explaining the latest and then providing them with a link to the court&#8217;s website where they can stay updated.  Most courts have an online case docketing system with a list of everything that&#8217;s been filed in the case, upcoming events, etc.  </p>
<p>It&#8217;s all there and they can check it out 18 times a day if they want.</p>
